ILLINOIS STATE KENDAMA CONTEST

The Beginner’s Luck Yo-Yo Trick Contest can be completed on either Saturday or Sunday or across both days – cards just need to be turned in Sunday afternoon by 2:30PM.

Saturday, NOVember 8

ALL DAY HAPPENINGS (10AM - 6PM)

Yo-Yo & Kendama Marketplace (shop Duncan, YoYoSam, Sweets Kendamas and more)

YO-YO TRICK LADDER DIVISIONS + yo-yo & KENDAMA WORKSHOPS (11AM-5:30PM; THROW ZONE)

Yo-Yo Trick Ladder divisions and yo-yo + kendama workshops take place across from the stage in the throw zone.

11AM: Workshop (Beginner Yo-Yo + Kendama)

2PM: Illinois State Yo-Yo Contest (Trick Ladder - Beginner)

3PM: Illinois State Yo-Yo Contest (Trick Ladder - Advanced)

3PM: Workshop (Level Up Kendama with Pro)

4:15PM: Workshop (Beginner Yo-Yo + Kendama)

4:30PM: Workshop (Advanced Yo-Yo Tricks with Pro)

3:15PM: Kendama Beginner Speed Trick Ladder

4PM: Duncan Pro Yo-Yo + Mougee Demo

4:15PM: Kendama Advanced Speed Trick Ladder

5:30PM: Awards (Illinois State Kendama Contest + Yo-Yo Trick Ladder)

Mini contests will also be plugged in, including: Parent Sleeper Contest, Long Sleeper Contest, Picture Trick Contest, DNA Contest, Fixed Axle Contest and a “I Should’ve Signed Up” 1-Trick Redemption Contest.
